Our Oscietra Royale is matured slowly in pure, calm waters and cured in the malossol tradition — just enough salt to reveal the pearl, never to mask it. Expect amber-golden roe, a delicate firmness and a long, nutty finish. Each tin is opened, tasted and graded by our caviar master before it earns the Perle Royale name, then delivered to your door under an unbroken cold chain.
