Our Story
From a table in Iran to a bar in Amsterdam
I grew up in Iran, where caviar was never a rare luxury but part of family life — served on weekends and carried as a gift when visiting relatives. Years later, after moving to Europe, I rediscovered it at a luxury caviar bar in Amsterdam, where tasting menus and Champagne pairings reminded me how much joy it can bring. Perle Royale was born from that memory: a house devoted to making exceptional caviar approachable again, while keeping every sense of occasion intact.
The Founder
Shaghayegh Kiyani
An entrepreneur across hospitality, luxury food and real estate — and the founder of an earlier caviar business — Shaghayegh built Perle Royale on hard-won expertise and a genuine love of the product. Earning credibility as a woman in a male-dominated luxury industry was her hardest test; passion, preparation and deep product knowledge won the trust of the chefs and partners she serves today. Her purpose runs beyond the tin: to prove that authenticity and expertise can build an international luxury brand — and to inspire more women to do the same.
